A lot has been going on lately. Recently we just moved into a new home to be closer to family – I mean much closer, in-fact we bought a 6 bedroom home so that we have family move in with us! It feels as if we are jumping into a time machine back to when we were all younger and I can’t wait to cherish every moment of being together. When you are younger you don’t realize how much you are going to miss being under the same roof with everyone until it’s too late, so I truly feel blessed. But lord knows Walter and Winston are the ones who are feeling the most blessed with the biggest backyard they have ever experienced and a pool as a bonus!
With a new house comes with many projects and as exhausting as it all my be, it’s is quite fine and exciting to create something that fits both our style and our needs. With the help of family and friends that are highly considered family – we have spent hours on projects such as removing popcorn ceiling and very old wallpaper. We still have a lot to do but with all the support and ambition we have it will be done before we know it. I can’t wait to be able to share the final outcome with pride but until then we are enjoying the moment of working in the house together as a family.
